| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阴道分泌物对胎膜早破母婴结局的影响。方法将450例胎膜早破（PROM）患者分为阴道分泌物正常组和异常组,分析比较阴道分泌物结果对母婴结局的影响。结果 PROM阴道分泌物检查异常率达65.78%（296/450）。PROM阴道分泌物异常组期待治疗时间短,胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息、围产儿死亡、绒毛膜羊膜炎、剖宫产率均较阴道分泌物正常组升高,两组间差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。而经过积极抗感染治疗后,两组新生儿感染率和产褥病率比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。结论 PROM与生殖道上行感染密切相关。孕前及孕期作阴道分泌物检查、治疗阴道炎症可降低胎膜早破的发生率,减少孕产妇和围生儿并发症。
