| 摘 要： | 针对战时部队卫生救治机构卫勤指挥需求,按照"平战结合,以战为主"的原则,综合利用powerbuilder、oracle、xml、formula one等技术,建立了高效稳固的战救卫勤指控信息系统.该系统是一个集数据库、数据通信为一体,并具辅助决策指挥功能的综合性软件.主要描述了系统的设计思路、主要功能和技术特点.
