| 摘 要： | 目的探讨电子胃镜下老年食管异物取出术的配合及护理。方法对68例胃镜下食管异物取出术的患者进行术前、术中、术后实行严密的配合及护理。结果 68例患者中有66例顺利取出,无大出血及食管穿孔等严重并发症,1例为大片鱼刺嵌顿于食道下端已刺穿食管左右壁,另1例为尖锐鸡骨刺穿食道中段随主动脉搏动,均转胸外科治疗。结论经电子胃镜下取出老年食道异物方法简便有效,术前全面的准备、术中熟练配合以及术后严密的护理是手术成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the combination and nursing through esophageal foreign body dislodge operation by electronic gastroscope on aged man.Methods Give close combination and nursing on the 68 aged preoperation、in-opration and post-operation who take esophageal foreign body dislodge operation.Results 66 patients take out of esophageal foreign body successfully without hemorrhea and perforation of oesophagus.One is perforation of oesophagus with a big fish bone,the other beats along with aorta pulsation in the middle of oesophagus with a sharp chicken bone both transfer to surgery.Conclusion It is convenient and effect to dislodge esophageal foreign body by electronic gastroscope on aged.It is critical on preoperation overall preparation、in-opration skilled combination and post-operation close nursing |
