| 摘 要： | 目的探讨瘦素(leptin)、血胆红素、血脂以及超敏炎症C-反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)水平在冠心病中的相关性及意义。方法选择冠心病患者98例,其中心绞痛患者56例,心肌梗死42例,同时选取正常人组30例作为对照组,检测其24h内瘦素、血胆红素、血脂以及超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)水平。结果与对照组相比,冠心病组瘦素、血胆红素、血脂以及Hs-CRP水平升高,差异有统计学意义,且心肌梗死组瘦素、血胆红素、血脂以及Hs-CRP水平高于心绞痛组。结论检测冠心病患者血清瘦素、血胆红素、血脂以及Hs-CRP水平的变化对冠心病的发生与发展均具有重要的临床价值。
