| 摘 要： | 目的探讨1型糖尿病患者使用胰岛素笔注射胰岛素的健康教育的方法。方法对22例患者在入院适时作调查问卷,针对问题患者在住院期间接受了有目的、有计划、有针对性的健康教育,教育内容包括糖尿病基本知识教育,使用使用胰岛素笔的教育,注射胰岛素时的教育,出院前的教育。结果通过健康教育22例患者均通过操作考核,合格率(100%),糖尿病知识知晓率由45%上升到89%,胰岛素注射注意事项由56%上升到91%。结论护理人员对1型糖尿病患者使用胰岛素笔注射胰岛实施健康教育,具有重要意义,提高了患者的生活质量,同时护士的自身素质也得到提高。
