创建医学术语平台的思考

随着医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入，作为医疗改革支撑的卫生信息化越来越受到重视，区域卫生信息共享是当前建设的重点。众所周知，术语的标准化是信息共享的基础，只有从底层的术语上达到统一，才能真正实现建立实用共享的区域卫生信息系统。近年来，国家和地方在标准化方面做了大量工作，制定和发布了一系列标准规范。但术语的标准化不只是制定标准，更需要建立平台。医疗术语平台不仅起到标准制定与维护的作用，而且起到促进标准应用的作用，是区域卫生信息平台的底层基础。

Thoughts on Creating Medical Term Platform

HIT is becoming more and more important since new medical reform launched in 2009. The key work nowadays is regional data sharing, and the standardization ot medical terms is tne base of Key WORK. In these years, national and local governments have made a lot of efforts in writing and issuing technical standards and specifications, but the difficulty in terminology standards is more platform establishment than just writing and issuing. The function of terminology platform is not only writing and maintain, but also application promoting, and that is truly the bottom line of regional health data sharing.
