| 摘 要： | 结合医院门急诊诊疗工作特点，利用手写识别技术，对门急诊电子病历进行设计、研究与实现。门急诊手写电子病历系统优化了门急诊工作流程，改善了门诊“三长一短”现象，提高了医生工作效率和医院管理水平。

| Abstract: | Combining with the work features of outpatient and emergency, this paper mainly discusses the design and research process of a clinic electronic medical record by means of handwriting recognition technology. The system optimizes the outpatient and emergency work process and improves the working condition of outpatient, with the doctor＇ s work efficiency, and hospital management level enhanced. |
