气相色谱-质谱联用法测定复方蒲公英栓中冰片的含量

目的 建立毛细管气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS法)测定复方蒲公英栓中冰片含量的方法.方法 以萘为内标,用DM-5(Dikma公司,30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm)弹性石英毛细管柱;80℃～250℃程序升温,选择M/Z为95和128的碎片离子峰分别对冰片和萘进行检测.结果 冰片在0.7992～31.968 μg/ml范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),日内RSD≤0.93%,日间RSD≤1.36%;加样回收率为99.82%.结论 所建立的方法灵敏、准确,可用于复方蒲公英栓中冰片的含量测定.

Determination of bornel concentration in Fufang Pugongying shuan by GC-MS

Objective A GC-MS method was set up to determine the concentration of bornel in Fufang Pugongying shuan.Methods Naphthalene was used as internal standard with a capillary column of DM-5（30 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm）;the oven temperature was increased from 80℃ to 150℃.M/Z of 95 and 128 were selected to determine bornel and Naphthalene respectively at a SIM mode.Results The linear range of bornel was 0.7992～31.968 μg/ml,the RSD intra-day and inter-day were less than 0.93% and 1.36%,respectively,the average recovery was 99.82%.Conclusion The method is sensitive and accurate and it is adequate to determine the concentration of bornel in Fufang Pugongying shuan.
