| 摘 要： | 目的探讨女性盆腔结核误诊原因,提高诊断率。方法回顾性分析我院2000年12月至2010年12月收治的20例盆腔结核误诊病例的临床表现、医技检查、误诊情况及诊治过程。结果 20例患者均于术前误诊。其中10例误诊为卵巢恶性肿瘤,4例误诊为卵巢囊肿蒂扭转,2例误诊为卵巢子宫内膜移位囊肿,3例误诊为盆腔炎性包块。1例误诊为陈旧性宫外孕。结论盆腔结核误诊率高,应提高对盆腔结核的警惕性。临床上可通过详细询问病史,完善医技检查,全面分析临床资料及盆腔包块的性质,提高诊断率,必要时手术探查,以提高盆腔结核的诊断率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the causes of misdiagnosis of female pelvic tuberculosis,improve the diagnosis rate.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2000 December to 2010 December,20 cases of pelvic tuberculosis misdiagnosed cases of clinical manifestations,laboratory tests,misdiagnosis and treatment process were analyzed.Results 20 patients were compared with the preoperative misdiagnosis.Among them 10 case was misdiagnosed as malignant ovarian tumor,4 cases were misdiagnosed as ovarian cyst torsio... |
