基于工作流模型的临床路径信息系统的研究

针对目前临床路径管理的纸质化和电子套餐医嘱的实现方式提出改进,研究采用工作流模型设计、能与电子病历有效集成协同,与医护工作流程结合的新型智能化临床路径信息系统.该系统可以对不合理的医疗行为提醒,能自动采集过程中的行为数据,为决策者提供医疗质量指标统计及评估,对提高医护工作效率和质量,减少诊疗服务成本,增加病人满意度具有重要的意义.

Study on Clinical Pathway Information System Based on Workflow Model

The paper proposals improvement in the paper-based clinical path management and implementation of electronic doctor＇s orders, designing workflow model can be integrated with electronic medical records and effective collaboration with health care work flow path with the new intelligent clinical path information system.The system can remind the irrational medical practices, the process can automatically capture behavioral data for decision-makers to provide statistics and indicators for assessing health care quality, improving efficiency and quality of health care, diagnosis and treatment services to reduce costs and increase patients＇ satisfaction
