| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨灯盏花素对急性脑梗死患者的临床疗效。方法 将急性脑梗死患者210例，采取随机分组，治疗组110例，对照组100例，进行观察。治疗组加用灯盏花素静脉滴注，并与对照组进行比较。结果 治疗组基本痊愈加显效86例，对照组44例，两组比较差异有极显著性(P0．01)。结论 灯盏花素治疗急性脑梗死较传统的基础药物治疗效果显著，总有效率明显提高。

| Abstract: | Objective explore the clinical effect of fleabanein in treatment of acute cerebral infarction.Methods 210 cases were randomly divided into treatment group 110 cases and control group 100 cases.Treament group is given iv fleabanein and compared with control group.Results the cured and effective of treatment group is 86 cases,that of control group is 44 cases,there is obvious difference(P< 0.01).Conclusion Fleabanein has better effect on acute cerebral infarction. |
