| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨可调式药物绷带治疗增生性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法 :采用自身同体对照 ,观察可调式药物绷带治疗增生性瘢痕的疗效。结果 :5 1例增生性瘢痕患者 ,可调式药物绷带治疗组显效率 2 7.5 % ,总有效率 92 .2 % ,均较对照组明显提高 ,差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :可调式药物绷带治疗增生性瘢痕 ,疗效确切、无明显副作用 ,可作为防治增生性瘢痕的理想方法

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of adjustable drug bandage in hypertrophic scar.Methods: Adjustable drug bandage was used to treat hypertrophic scar and the therapeutic efficacy was observed. Results: Among 51 cases of test group, the marked effective rate and the total effective rate were 27.5% and 92.2%, respectively.Both rates were significantly higher than those in control group (each P <0.01). Conclusion: Adjustable drug-bandage can be used as an ideal method for hypertrophic scar without apparent side effect |
