| 摘 要： | 早期手术治疗34例破裂脑动脉瘤,其中位于颈内动脉24例,前交通动脉9例,大脑后动脉1例.27例治愈,4例好转,3例死亡.早期手术的主要目的是预防再出血,清除蛛网膜下腔积血,以预防脑血管痉挛.

| Abstract: | Thirty-four cases of ruptured in-tracranial aneurysms were operated in the earlystage. Among them,there were 24 cases with in-ternal carotid artery aneurysms, 1 case with pos-terior cerebral artery aneurysm and 9 cases withanterior communicating artery aneurysms. Afteroperation,27 patients have been cured and 4 pa-tients improved and 3 patients died.The main purpose of early operation of rup-tured intracranial aneurysms was to prevent re-bleeding and to remove the extravasated blood inthe subarachnoid space to prevent vasospasm.The drainage of subarachmoid cistern and ven-triclar fluid after operation not only provide agood recovery for surgical approach, but alsoplay an important role in preventing cerebral va-sospasm. |
