| 摘 要： | 目的筛选骨复生方的最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法，以出膏率、总皂苷、原儿茶醛、原儿茶酸含量作为指标优选提取工艺中的溶剂用量、提取次数、提取时间等因素。结票优化的提取工艺为煎煮次数为3次，煎煮时间为1．5h，加水量为8倍，浸泡时间为40min。结论确定的最佳提取工艺稳定、具有可行性。

| Abstract: | Objective To select the best extracting technique of Gufusheng Formula. Methods Orthogonal test was used to select content of dissolvant, extracting frequency, and extract time. Results The best technique was 40 min soaking, 8 times water, decocting three times with 1.5 h cooking time. Conclusion The best technique was stable and applicable. |
