| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨螺旋CT引导下穿刺治疗肝囊肿的临床价值。方法：对9例肝囊肿患者进行CT引导下穿刺抽液配合无水乙醇硬化治疗。结果：术后3个月随访,囊腔均明显缩小,约为术前1/3～1/4大小,所有病例均未发现并发症。结论：CT引导下穿刺抽液配合无水乙醇硬化治疗肝囊肿创伤小、疗效显著、恢复快。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical value that helical CT guided puncture and treat liver cyst.Methods:CT guided per cutaneous absolute ethanol injecteion were used to treat liver cyst in 9 patients.Results:After the operation 3 months,the cyst obvion sly shrink and it is as big as 1/3～1/4 before operation,all cases have not found complication.Conclusion:CT guide puncture release liquid cooperate with absolute alcohol harden treat liver cyst wound little,curative effect prominent,resuming soon. |
