| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经尿道气压弹道碎石联合经尿道前列腺电汽化术（TVP）治疗前列腺增生（BPH）合并膀胱结石的有效性及安全性。方法采用经尿道气压弹道碎石及TVP治疗BPH合并膀胱结石15例。结果全部患者均治疗成功，无严重并发症，随诊3—19个月，平均最大尿流率20．5ml／s，平均剩余尿量15ml。结论经尿道气压弹道碎石联合TVP治疗BPH合并膀胱结石安全、有效，并发症少，患者恢复快。

Curative Effects of Pneumatic Ballistic Lithotripsy and Trausurethral Vaporization of Prostate for Benign Prostatic Hy-perplasia with Bladder Stones |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate effectiveness and safety of the combined use of pneumatic ballistic lithotripsy（PBL） and transurethral vaporization of prostate（TVP） in treating benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） with bladder stones. Methods 15 cases of BPH with bladder stones were treated by PBL combined with TVP. Results All patients were successfully treated without serious complications ,follow-up was 3 to 19 months. The average maximum flow rate of 20.5 ml/s ,the average residual urine volume of 15 ml. Conclusion Transurethral PBL and TVP is safe,effective and less complications in treating BPH with bladder stones, the patient recovered quickly. |
