| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨椎管内畸胎类肿瘤的X线平片、椎管内造影、CT及MRI不同的影像学表现价值。方法:对12例经手术及病理证实的畸胎类肿瘤的临床、病理及影像学资料进行回顾性分析。结果:12例中,畸胎瘤6例、皮样囊肿4例、表皮样囊肿2例,均位于腰椎椎管内,10例肿瘤位于髓外硬膜下,2例位于髓内。结论:MRI是检查畸胎类肿瘤的最好手段,它较其它影像学检查方法对肿瘤的定性、定位更有帮助。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the different imaging features of teratoid tumor in plain film,myelography,CT and MR.Methods:The clinical date,pathological and imaging findings of teratoid tumors proved surgically and pathologically in 12 cases were analyzed retrospectively.Results: 6 lesions were proved to be teratoma,4 lesions be dermoid,2 lesions be epidermoid cyst,which were alllocated in spinal canal.Conclusion:MRI is the best detecting method for teratoid tumors which can provide more details than other imaging findings. |
