| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨闭合性胸外伤中创伤性肺假性囊肿(TPPC)的CT表现. 资料与方法 分析65例TPPC的99个病灶的CT表现并进行CT分型. 结果 不伴大量血气胸的局灶型TPPC51例(78.5%),仅行保守治疗,平均住院17天;伴有大量血气胸的复杂型TPPC14例(21.5%),均实施了胸腔穿刺或闭式引流术治疗,其中开胸手术1例(7.1%),平均住院68天. 结论 TPPC的CT分型有助于选择治疗方案及判断预后.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate CT findings of traumatic pulmonary pseudocysts (TPPC) in patients with closed thoracic injury.Materials and Methods CT findings in 65 patients with TPPC were analyzed and CT classification was completed.Results Focal type of TPPC without severe hemopneumothorax was observed in 51 cases (78.5%) treated with only conservative therapy and with the average 17days in the hospital;Complex type TPPC with severe hemopneumothorax was demonstrated in 14 cases (38 lesions ) treated with drainage or surgery and with the average 58 days in the hospital.Conclusion CT classification of TPPC could be helpful in treatment planning and in the prediction of prognosis. |
