| 摘 要： | 目的:制备复方环丙沙星滴眼液并建立其质量控制方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法测定环丙沙星含量,高效液相色谱法测定利巴韦林含量。结果:环丙沙星和利巴韦林检测浓度分别在19~56μg/ml(r=0·9995,n=5)和30~70μg/ml(r=0·9998,n=5)范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为100·9%(RSD=0·83%,n=5)和99·66%(RSD=0·54%,n=5)。结论:本滴眼液配制工艺简单,性质稳定,质量可控。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To prepare compound ciprofloxacin hydrochloride eye drops and to establish its quality control method.METHODS:The content of ciprofloxacin was determined by UV-spectrophotometry and that of ribavirin was dete_ rmined by HPLC.RESULTS:The linear concentration ranges of ciprofloxacin and ribaviirin were19～56μg/ml(r=0.9995,n=5)and30～70μg/ml(r=0.9998,n=5),respectively,with average recovery at100.9%(RSD=0.83%,n=5)and99.66%(RSD=0.54%,n=5),respectively.CONCLUSION:The eye drops is simple in preparation technics,yet the quality is stable and controllable. |
