七氟醚麻醉在体外循环下心脏手术患者的临床应用

摘    要:目的探讨七氟醚麻醉在体外循环下心脏手术患者的临床应用价值。方法选择2009年6月。2012年6月在我院进行体外循环下心脏手术患者78例,根据临床麻醉方式的不同分为研究组和对照组各39例。研究组体外循环时采用七氟醚麻醉,对照组则常规进行体外循环,比较分析两组患者的手术操作、复跳情况以及术后情况。结果与对照组相比,研究组的体外循环时间、麻醉时间以及手术时间等手术操作时间均明显提高,而患者复跳比率明显降低,差异均具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。与此同时,与对照组相比,研究组的尿量和硝普钠总量明显提高,多巴胺总量和住院时间明显减少,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.0.5)。结论七氟醚麻醉能够有效改善体外循环下心脏手术患者手术操作过程,促进患者术后康复。适于临床广泛推广应用。【

Abstract:Objective To probe into clinical application value of sevoflurane anesthesia in cardiac surgery patients under. going cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods Selected from June 2009 to June 2012, 78 cardiac surgery patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass in our hospital. Depending on the clinical anesthesia, the patients were divided into study group and control group. There were 39 cases in each group. The patients in study used sevoflurane anesthesia undergoing car- diopulmonary bypass.The patients in control group used conventional cardiopulmonary bypzed. The operation time, resusci- tation rate and postoperative conditions of patients in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results Compared with control group, patients in study group the operation time of cardiopulmonary bypass time, anesthesia time and operative time were significantly improved, while the resuscitation rate was significantly lower, there were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). At the same time, compared with control group, patients in study group the urine and total sodium nitroprusside vol- umes were significantly improved, the total amount of dopamine and hospitalization time were significantly reduced, there were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Sevoflurane anesthesia could improve surgical procedures in cardiac surgery patients undergoing cardiopulmonary bypass, promote patients with postoperative rehabilitation. It is suitable for clinical widely application.
