短期大剂量氟伐他汀治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及安全性

目的探讨分析短期大剂量氟伐他汀治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效、安全性。方法选取我院2010年4月。2012年4月收治的老年不稳定型心绞痛患者116例，随机分为研究组和对照组，每组各58例。两组患者均予常规抗心绞痛药物治疗，研究组患者加用氟伐他汀80mg，d睡前口服，对照组加用氟伐他汀40mg，d睡前口服，两组疗程均为1个月，观察比较两组的治疗效果、治疗前后血脂及hs—CRP水平变化、缺血性事件发生情况。结果两组间在显效率、无效率等方面均存在显著性差异（P〈0．05），研究组的综合治疗效果要优于对照组。结论短期大剂量应用氟伐他汀治疗老年不稳定型心绞痛能有效降脂，临床疗效安全、可靠，但其具体的适应人群、适宜剂量、安全性有待于进一步的临床研究。

The efficacy and safety of the treatment of short-term, high-dose fluvas- tatin to elderly patients with unstable angina

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety unstable angina. Methods All 116 cases of elderly patients of the short-term, high-dose fluvastatin in elderly patients with with unstable angina in our department were treated from April 2010 to April 2012,then were divided into study group and control group randomly and each group were 58 cases. The two groups of patients were given conventional antianginal medication,the study group patients added with fluvastatin 80 mg/d orally at bedtime, and the control group added of fluvastatin 40 mg/d orally at bedtime. The all patients were treated for one month,observed the two groups of the effect of treatment,blood lipids and changes in hs-CRP levels before and after treat- ment, ischemie event occurrence. Results The two groups had significant difference（P 〈 0.05） in the significant efficiency, inefficiency and total efficiency and incidence of ischemic events,the comprehensive treatment effect of the study group was better than the control group. Conclusion The short-term,high-dose application of fluvastatin is effective lipid-lowering of elderly patients with unstable angina with clinical efficacy security and reliable,but its specific applicable dose, using time and security needs further clinical studies.
