摘    要:目的探讨2型糖尿病患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT)与游离脂肪酸(FFA)水平变化及临床意义。方法选取63例2型糖尿病患者,另选取60例同期健康体检者,分为A、B两组,A组为2型糖尿病组,B组为健康对照组。比较两组血清游离脂肪酸、颈动脉内膜中层厚度以及血糖血脂水平。结果2型糖尿病组血清FFA水平为(562.68±58.54)μmol/L,IMT为(1.10±0.23)mm,明显高于健康对照组(354.23±45.87)μmol/L,(0.69±0.12)mm,P均〈0.05,差异具有统计学意义;2型糖尿病组空腹血糖水平为(10.80±2.99)mmol/L,明显高于健康对照组(4.74±0.90)mmol/L(P〈0.05),且A组TC、TG、LDL、HDL水平较B组均有升高(P〈0.05)。结论2型糖尿病患者血清游离脂肪酸水平升高与颈动脉内膜中层增厚相关。

Abstract:Objective To explore the level change and clinical significance of FFA and IMT in type 2 diabetes. Methods Serum level of FFA, carotid IMT, the level of serum lipid and blood glucose were detected in 63 type 2 diabetes mellitus patients (Group A) and 60 healthy controls (Group B). Results In the type 2 diabetes mellitus group, serum levels of FFA and IMT were, (562.68±58.54) μmol/L and (1.10±0.23)mm, respectively, which were higher than those in healthy control group (354.23±45.87) μmol/L and (0.69+0.12) mm respectively, with significantly difference (P 〈 0.05). The level of serum glucose in type 2 diabetes mellitus group was (10.80±2.99) mmol/L, which is higher than it in healthy control group (4.74±0.90)mmol/L (P 〈 0.05). And there was significant difference between Group A and Group B in the levels of TC, TG, LDL, HDL (P 〈 0.05). Conelusion Serum level of FFA is associated with IMT in type 2 diabetes mellitus.
