| 摘 要： | 对于糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的治疗,除了控制血糖外,采取综合措施对减少或延缓DPN发生和进展有重要作用。研究表明甲钴胺、硫辛酸和高压氧对治疗DPN有较好的疗效。本文综述了近年来甲钴胺、α-硫辛酸和高压氧治疗DPN的研究进展。

| Abstract: | In addition to the control of blood glucose, the better treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN） relies on the combined therapy. Recent studies showed that mecobalamine, α-lipoic acid and hyperbaric oxygen have a better effect on the DPN. The present paper reviewed the research progress of mecobalamine, α-lipoic acid and hyperbaric oxygen in treatment of DPN of recent years. |
