我院2012年1220例抗菌药物临床应用调查

目的了解抗菌药物临床应用情况,为加强管理提供依据。方法对2012年1～3月份全院19个科室的1 220例住院患者的病历进行抗菌药物应用情况调查。结果 806例使用抗菌药物,使用率为66.07%;单一用药占65.01%、二联占33.40%、三联占1.61%;不合理应用主要表现在临床医生还没有正确掌握抗菌药物的使用指征,没有按《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》用药。结论本次对抗菌药物使用的前瞻性调查对规范抗菌药物的应用、建立相应的管理制度奠定了基础。

Clinical application research of 1220 cases of antimicrobial agents in our hospital in 2012

Objective To provide the basis for strengthening the management by the clinical application of antibiotics. Methods From January to March 2012,1 220 cases of the 19 departments of the hospital medical records of hospitalized patients were researched with antimicrobial agents clinical application. Results There were 806 cases of the use of antimi- crobial drugs,and the utilization rate was 66.07%; single drug accounted for 65.01% ,and the two together accounted for 33.40%, triple accounted for 1.61%; Unreasonable application mainly clinicians also no proper understanding of the indica- tions for the use of antimicrobial agents,there was no medication according to the clinical use of antibiotics guiding princi- ples. Conclusion The forward-looking survey of the use of antimicrobial drugs to standardize the application of antibacte- rial drugs, the establishment of appropriate management system to lay the foundation.
