| 摘 要： | 目的探讨总结经股动脉穿刺行心脏介入手术后并发延迟性皮下血肿的护理方法。方法 2009年9月～2011年9月我院经股动脉穿刺心脏介入手术180例,40例术后并发延迟性血肿,随机分为护理组与干预组。进行护理措施干预。结果干预组结果明显好于常规护理组且差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对经股动脉穿刺心脏介入手术并发延迟性皮下血肿患者进行术前、术后护理干预,具有明显的优势,不但可以减低患者并发症的出现,而且还可以降低患者出现皮肤感染的机率,同时也能增加护理满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the nursing methods of the delayed ecchymoma after the operation of femoral artery puncture heart subcutaneous. Methods From 2009.9 to 2011.9, 180 eases of the femoral artery puncture heart subcuta- neous were analyzed and summarized. Among thesel80 cases, 40 eases were delayed ecchymoma after the operation of femoral artery puncture heart subcutaneous and used the tow kinds of nursing way to care these patients. Results Tow group of patients had significant differences （P 〈 0.05 ） Conclusion The delayed ecehymoma after the operation of femoral artery puncture heart subcutaneous patient could achieve good effects by special care. |
