右佐匹克隆治疗脑卒中后焦虑抑郁伴失眠的临床疗效

目的探讨右佐匹克隆治疗脑卒中后焦虑抑郁伴失眠的临床疗效。方法脑卒中后患者采用综合医院焦虑抑郁（HAD）量表，评分大于10分，匹兹堡睡眠指数量表（PSQI）评分大于7分。238例患者随机分成两组：对照组118例单用黛力新治疗，治疗组120例使用黛力新联合右佐匹克隆治疗。两周后评定疗效。结果两周后，治疗组在改善脑卒中后焦虑抑郁伴失眠症状与对照组比较有统计学差异（）。结论右佐匹克隆联合黛力新能有效改善脑卒中后焦虑抑郁伴失眠症状。

The clinical effect of Esopiclone in treating anxiety depression combined with insomnia of poststroke

Objective To explore the clinical effect of esopiclone in treating anxiety depression combined with msomma ot poststroke. Methods Utilize HAD and PQSI to measure the poststroke patients. The patients whose scores of HAD were over 14 and scores of PSQI were over 7 were divided into two groups,the control group involved 118 patients received the therapy of Deanxin and the treatment group involved 120 patients received the therapy of esopiclone combined with Deanxin. Evaluating the scores of HAD and PSQI after two weeks in the two groups. Results Two groups had statistically significance in treating anxiety depression combined with insomnia of poststroke after two weeks.
