二甲双胍联合达英-35治疗多囊卵巢综合征24例效果观察

目的观察达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的临床效果。方法将48例PCOS患者随机分为两组,A组24例(单独应用达英-35治疗),B组24例(应用达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗),两组患者均治疗3个周期。观察两组患者用药前后体重指数、血糖、胰岛素水平及血清性激素等指标。结果两组患者治疗后LH/FSH、LH、T较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.01),B组患者PG 1 h、PG 2 h、FlNS、INS 1 h、INS 2 h、LDL明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 PCOS患者应用达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗,可明显改善PCOS患者的胰岛素敏感性及脂代谢紊乱,纠正高雄激素血症,是治疗PCOS较为理想的选择。

Clinical effects of Diane-35 combined with metformin among infertile wom- en polycystic ovary syndrome

Objective To study the clinical effects of Diane-35 combined with metformin on ovulation induction in the in- fertile women with polycystic ovary syndrome（PCOS）. Methods Forty-eight women with PCOS were randomly divided into two groups： group A（n = 24, only treated with Diane-35）and group B（n = 24, treated with Diane-35 combined with mef- formin）. Three treatment cycles were followed by inducing ovulation, body mass index （BMI）, serum glucose concentration, fasting insulin concentration, serum sex-hormone concentration were evaluated in all women before and after treatment. Results After the treatment, significant decreases in T, LH, FSH/LH （P 〈 0.01 ）in both group. After combination therapy, sig nificant decreases in PG 1 h, PG 2 h, FINS, INS 1 h, INS 2 h, LDL （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The PCOS patients treated with Diane-35 combined with metformin can insulin hyperlipermia and correct hypeandrogen, so this therapy is one of better methods.
