| 摘 要： | 目的对应用关节置换术对膝骨性关节炎患者治疗的临床效果进行研究分析。方法抽取92例膝骨性关节炎病例,分成对照组与治疗组。对照组实施保守治疗;治疗组采用关节置换术进行治疗。结果治疗组膝骨性关节炎症状治疗效果明显优于对照组;治疗过程中疼痛程度明显轻于对照组;出现不良反应的人数明显少于对照组。结论应用关节置换术对膝骨性关节炎患者进行治疗的临床效果非常明显。

| Abstract: | Objective Analysis of the joint replacement with knee osteoarthritis patients for clinical therapeutic effect. Methods All 92 cases with knee osteoarthritis were divided into control group and treatment group. The control group pa- tients conservative treatment while patients in the treatment group were treated by hip arthroplasty. Results The treatment group of patients with knee osteoarthritis treatment was superior to the control group, during the treatment of pain severity was less than the control group, the adverse reactions were fewer than those in control group. Conclusion The application of joint replacement with knee osteoarthritis patients under treatment clinical effect is very obvious. |
