颈性眩晕急性发作期电针+温针灸结合中成药治疗与传统西药疗法的疗效比较

目的比较电针+温针灸结合中成药治疗与传统西药治疗颈性眩晕急性发作的临床疗效。方法收集2010年10月～2012年6月收治的颈性眩晕急性发作患者72例,随机分为针刺+温针灸结合中成药治疗组和西药传统疗法对照组,比较治疗1周后两组患者的临床疗效,眩晕等症状的改善情况以及TCD观察椎-基底动脉供血情况。结果治疗组总有效率及痊愈率均明显高于对照组,治疗后两组患者较治疗前DHI评分有所下降,治疗组下降更明显,且治疗组TCD改善显著优于对照组。结论电针+温针灸结合中成药治疗颈性眩晕急性发作,可快速缓解患者症状,改善椎-基底动脉系统血流供应,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。

Effects of needle warming therapy and electoacupuncture combined with Chinese traditional medicine and conventional western medicine therapy in the treatment of cervical vertigo in acute episode

Objective To compare the effects of needle warming therapy and electoacupuncture combined with Chinese traditional medicine and conventional western medicine therapy in the treatment of cervical vertigo in acute episode. Methods Collected 72 cases of cervical vertigo in acute episode from October 2010 to June 2012,were randomly divided into treatment group with needle warming therapy and eleetoacupuncture combined with Chinese traditional medicine,and control group with conventional western medicine therapy,compared clinical efficacy,dizziness and other symptoms and TCD observation of vertebrobasilar artery case after one week therapy. Results Total effective rate and the recovery rate in treatment group were significantly higher than the control group, after treatment, DHI scores of two groups declined, and the treatment group was more obvious, and TCD of treatment groups improved significantly better than the control group. Conclusion Needle warming therapy and electoacupuncture combined with Chinese traditional medicine can quickly relieve the symptoms, improve the vertebrobasilar blood supply,is worth to the clinical application.
