无创正压机械通气治疗AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭40例临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的通过病例对照研究探讨无创正压机械通气在治疗AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭中的临床疗效。方法选择40例AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭的患者(2009年9月~2012年9月)为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为对照组(即传统治疗组)和试验组(即无创正压机械通气治疗组),每组均为20例,比较两组患者的生命体征和动脉血气指标变化情况。结果试验组患者各项生命体征和血气分析数据改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无创正压机械通气在治疗AECOPD合并呼吸衰竭方面疗效优于传统治疗方法,可以在临床广泛开展。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of forty patients with AECOPD combination of respira- tory failure treated by noninvasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation, Methods The clinical data of forty patients with AECOPD combination of respiratory failure treated who were in our hospital from September 2009 to September 2012 were collected,they were divided into the traditional treatment gronp(n = 20) and noninvasive positive pressure mechanical ven- tilation treatment group (n = 20) by random number table.Then the changes of vital signs and arterial blood gas index were corn pared. Results The changes of vital signs and arterial blood gas index in noninvasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation treatment group were improved significantly more than that in traditional treatment group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The clinical efficacy and safety of forty patients with AECOPD combination of respiratory failure treated by noninvasive positive pressure mechanical ventilation is sure, it is better than traditional treatment, it can be in clinical extensively.
