原发性肝癌的彩色多普勒超声诊断价值分析

目的探讨超声诊断原发性肝癌的优势。方法回顾性分析我院2009年1月～2012年1月经彩超联合诊断并经手术病理证实的原发性肝癌患者30例,对其超声图像进行分析并与病理分型相结合。结果原发性肝癌病理分为弥漫型10例、块状型12例、结节型6例、小癌型2例。各型PHC都有其不同的声像图特征,且CDFI显示>3cm的癌肿Ⅲ型血流检出率明显高于≤3 cm组(χ2=5.348,P<0.05),Vmax(30～105)cm/s,RI 0.40～0.80。结论彩色多普勒超声能提高原发性肝癌的诊断率,且操作简便、无创,值得推广和应用。

The diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound for primary liver cancer

Objective To explore the advantages of the ultrasonic diagnosis for primary liver cancer. Methods A retrospec- tive analysis of the clinical data of 30 cases patients with primary liver cancer patients with joint diagnosis by ultrasonogra- phy and confirmed by pathology. Results Primary liver cancer pathology were divided into 10 cases of diffuse massive, 12 cases of Massive type, 6 cases of nodular, 4 cases of small cancer type, different sonographic features of various types of PHC. CDFI showed〉 3 cm of cancer type Ⅲ blood flow detection rate was significantly higher than the group ≤ 3 cm. Vmax 30 to 105 cm/s, RI 0.40-0.80. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can increase the rate of diagnosis of primary liver cancer, and the operation is simple, noninvasive, worthy of promotion and application.
