| 摘 要： | 目的调查低文化水平父母对新生儿知识认知水平及其护理需求，为临床护理提供参考。方法以低文化水平父母为研究对象，以相对较高文化水平父母做对照，采用问卷调查方式了解低文化水平父母对新生儿知识认知水平的了解程度及其护理需求。结果试验组日常基本护理、新生儿生长监护知识及新生儿预防接种知识了解程度显著差于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；在新生儿日常基本护理需求及新生儿生长监护知识需求方面，试验组对动作示范需求显著多于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）；在新生儿预防接种需求方面，试验组选择书面材料比例显著高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论低文化水平父母对新生儿知识了解程度较低，对护理宣教的需求更高。

| Abstract: | Objective To survey the cognition level and the nursing care needs to the newborns of the low cultural parents. Methods A total of 360 parents were included in the study, 180 of whom with low cultural were divided into the observed group, otherwise, were divided into the control group. The questionnaire was used to know the the cognition level and the nursing care needs to the newborns. Results There was significant difference in the knowledge of routine nursing, growth and care and vaccination about newborns betwwen the observed group and the control group. And there was significantly different in the nursing care needs routine nursing, growth and care and vaccination between the two groups, too. Conclu- sion The low cultural parents have bad cognition level, and need better nursing care. |
