对比复方甘草酸苷与卡介菌多糖核酸注射剂治疗玫瑰糠疹的临床效果比较

目的比较复方甘草酸苷与卡介菌多糖核酸注射剂对于玫瑰糠疹患者的治疗效果。方法将84例玫瑰糠疹患者随机分为两组,对照组给予卡介菌多糖核酸注射剂,观察组给予复方甘草酸苷,比较两组患者的治疗有效率及并发症情况。结果观察组和对照组有效率分别为92.8%和78.6%,观察组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组并发症发生率分别为7.1%和16.7%,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方甘草酸苷对于玫瑰糠疹的治疗效果较卡介菌多糖核酸注射剂好,能够提高有效率,降低并发症的发生,具有很好的临床应用价值。

Contrast the clinical effect of compound glycyrrhizin glycosides and BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection for pityriasis rosea

Objective To compare treatment effect of the compound glycyrrhizin glycosides and BCG poIysaccharide nucleic acid injection for pityriasis rosea patients. Methods All of 84 patients with pityriasis rosea were randomly divided into two groups, the control group given BCG polysaccharide nucleic acid injection, the observation group given compound glyeyrrhizin glycosides and compared efficient and complications situation of the two groups. Results The observation group and control group effective rates were 92.8% and 78.6%（P 〈 0.05）. The observation group and the control group complication rates were 7.1% and 16.7%, the observation group complication rates was lower than that control group （P 〈 0.05）, Conclusion Compound glyeyrrhizin glycosides for pityriasis rosea treatment effect is better than BCG polysaecharide nucleic acid injection, and it can improve the treatment efficiency, reduce the occurrence of complications, has better clinical application value.
