| p16蛋白在睑板腺癌中的表达及相关性(英文) | |

| 摘 要： | 目的探讨p16在睑板腺癌(meibomian gland carcinoma,MGCA)中的表达及其生物学意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法(SP法),检测p16蛋白在65例石蜡包埋的睑板腺癌标本中的表达,并在不同分化程度及生物学行为的睑板腺癌之间进行比较。结果65例睑板腺癌组织中53例表达p16蛋白,30例癌旁组织中29例表达p16蛋白,两者差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.548,P=0.014);睑板腺癌中,p16蛋白表达阳性率随组织学分级降低而降低,不同分化组中p16蛋白表达差异有显著性意义(χ2=15.000,P=0.001)。不同生物学行为睑板腺癌中p16蛋白表达差异显著,无复发组p16蛋白表达率显著高于复发转移组(χ2=24.890,P=0.000)。结论睑板腺癌中p16蛋白表达异常提示其在睑板腺癌发生发展中起着重要作用。p16蛋白的表达缺失或失活是睑板腺癌发生的重要分子事件,并与睑板腺癌的分化程度、浸润能力及复发转移密切相关,可以为临床判断预后提供依据。 |
