| 摘 要： | 目的：研究择期手术患围手术期护理访视的效果。方法：对326例择期手术患随机分为两组，观察组164例，施行围手术期护理访视，对照组162例，按传统方式对患进行常规的围手术期护理。结果：观察组急心理状态优于对照组(P＜0．05)。两组患生理指标比较差分有显性(P＜0．0l，P＜0．05)，两组患满意度比较，观察组高于对照组(P＜0．05)。结论：围手术期护理访视可提高患的遵医行为，缩短手术进程，减少术后并发症，提高患满意度。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore for perioperative nursing investigation effect on selective operation patients.Method:326 cases were randomly divided into experiment group and control group.Result:Investigation group show superior in patients mood(P<0.05),and physiological indexes(P<0.01,patients satisfactory degree P<0.05).Conclusion:Perioperative nursing investigation can make patients cooperate with doctors better,lower complication incidence,improve satisfactory degree. |
