摘    要:目的:探讨后路MossMiami椎弓根钉系统治疗胸腰椎骨折的价值和作用。方法:对38例胸腰椎骨折患者施行后路减压,MossMiami椎弓根钉系统撑开、复位、固定。比较术后骨折复位及神经功能恢复情况。结果:38例随访4~15个月,无断钉、断棒,伤椎前后高度及脊柱后凸角度(Cobb’s角)均较术前有显著改善(P<0.01),神经功能恢复按Frankel分级评定,35例脊髓损伤患者分别提高1~3级,2例A级无变化。结论:MossMiami系统手术操作简单,生物相容性好,固定可靠,可重建脊柱的稳定性,适用于胸腰椎骨折的治疗。

Abstract:Objective:To study and evaluate the application of Moss Miami posterior fixation system in thoracolumbar burst fracture. Methods:Thirty-eight cases of thoracolumbar fracture were treated with posterior decompression bone grafting and Moss Miami fixation, observed the nerve function recovery and fracture union.Results:All cases were followed-up for 4-15 months.There was no complication in any case,complete fusion of bone graft was observed in all cases with no local paining,there were no screw and clavaca loosening and breaking.The front and back height of vertebral body and the Cobb's angle were significantly increased after treatment(P<0.01).For the 35 patients with spinal cord injury,the Frankel scores improved by 1 to 3 grades but did not change in two whose spinal function had been Grade A. Conclusions:Moss Miami posterior fixation system could supply intrinsic stability and had the characteristics of simplicity, good biocompatibity,it is easy to operate and especially useful for the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture.
