| 摘 要： | 以１５例人体肺癌手术切除组织作肥大细胞组织化学和电镜观察。酸化甲苯胺兰染色显示的肥大细胞不仅存在于间质，而且进入癌巢内。超微结构观察到肥大细胞与癌细胞密切接触，可见肥大细胞旁的瘤细胞有变性及溶解现象。提示肥大细胞在人体内可能参与瘤细胞的溶解过程。

| Abstract: | Mast cells of l5 cases of human lung cancer were observed histoc-hemic ally and ultrastructurally.The results showed that toluidine blue positive mastcells were located within and surrounding the nests of tumor cells.The ultrastructuralobservation indicated that the mast cells in the nests of tumor cells contacted closelywith the tumor cells.Degeneration and cytolysis of tumor cells adjacent to mast tomast cells were found.It suggesteed that mast cells contribute probably to the lysis of tumor cells in vivo. |
