环氧化酶-2、Fas、FasL表达与胃癌细胞凋亡的关系

摘    要:目的 研究环氧化酶 - 2 (Cox- 2 )、Fas与 Fas L在胃癌中的表达及与细胞凋亡之间的关系。 方法 采用 SP免疫组织化学法检测胃癌及癌旁组织各 6 0例标本 Cox- 2、Fas与 Fas L的表达 ,用脱氧核糖核酸末端转移酶介导的 d UTP缺口末端标记法 (TUNEL )检测胃癌及癌旁组织的凋亡率。 结果 胃癌组织的 Cox- 2及 Fas L的表达明显高于癌旁组织 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 Fas的表达低于癌旁组织 (P<0 .0 5 )。胃癌组织的凋亡率明显低于癌旁组织 (P<0 .0 5 )。 结论  Cox- 2、Fas及 Fas L的异常表达与胃癌细胞的凋亡有关

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of cyclooxygenase|2(Cox|2), Fas/FasL in human gastric carcinoma tissues and the relationship between Cox|2, Fas/FasL and the apoptosis of gastric carcinoma cells. Methods SP immunohistochemistry was performed to detect the expression of Cox|2, Fas and FasL in 60 cases of gastric carcinoma and there adjacent noncancerous tissues, and terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase|mediated dUTP nick end labeling was used to detect the apoptosis of above tissues. Results The positive rate of Fas in gastric carcinomas was significantly lower than the adjacent nocancerous tissues(P<0 05). The positive rates of Cox|2 and FasL in gastric carcinomas were significantly higher than the adjacent nocancerous tissues(P<0 05). The index of apoptosis in gastric carcinomas was significantly lower than the adjacent noncancerous tissues(P<0 05). Conclusion The apoptosis of gastric carcinoma cells correlated with the expression of Cox|2,Fas and FasL.;
