| 摘 要： | 抗心肌缺血联合用药可降低硝酸酯类药物的耐受性，提高抗心力衰竭的疗效、加强抗血栓、调整血脂等，可减少用药剂量，降低不良反应。近年来中西医结合治疗心肌缺血有更明显的优势。现对心肌缺血的联合用药研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Adjunctive therapies of drugs in the treatment of myocardial ischemia have advantages of preventing the tolerance of nitrate,enhancing the outcome of the heart failure therapy,augmenting the effects of antithrombosis and of modulation of blood lipid level,and reducing doses of some drugs with untoward reactions.Recently,integration of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) to western medicine offered more prospects in the treatment of myocardial ischemia.This paper presents such adjunctive therapies of drugs against myocardial ischemia. |
