农业院校学生重大考试焦虑现状调查

目的]了解农业院校大学生重大考试焦虑的状况及相关因素,为开展心理健康教育提供参考。方法]以考试焦虑测量表（TAT）、青少年生活事件量表（ASLEC）、艾森克人格问卷（EPQ）为测量工具对222名农业院校大学生的考试焦虑状况进行心理测试与统计分析。结果]农学生的考试焦虑率为78.17%,中度以上考试焦虑者占21.32%,女大学生的考试焦虑明显高于男大学生,有重大考试失败经历者的考试焦虑明显高于无此经历的学生;考试焦虑与人格、重大生活事件有显著相关。结论]在心理健康教育中,要切实、有效加强农业院校学生重大考试的焦虑干预工作。

A CROSS-SECTIONAL INVESTIGATION ON THE ANXIETY STATUS ABOUT IMPORTANT EXAMINATIONS AMONG AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE STUDENTS

Objective] To understand the anxiety status about important examinations among agricultural college students and its influential factors, and to provide reference for mental health education. Methods] 222 agricultural college students were investigated by using TAT, ASLEC and EPQ, and the obtained results were analyzed statistically. Results] 78.17% agricultural college students had test anxiety, and 21.32% of them had over anxiety. The scores of test anxiety of female college students were significantly higher than those of the male students, and the scores of test anxiety of the students who had failure experience in important examinations were significantly higher than those of the ones who had not suffered failure. Test anxiety had significant correlation with personality and important life events. Conclusions] Effective and practical psychological intervention should be taken among agricultural college students in mental health education.
