| 摘 要： | 目的：研究阻断Bachmann束（BB）对心房颤动（AF）诱发的影响。方法：对10只实验犬行心外膜BB射频消融术。阻断BB前后分别从左右心耳行快速短阵刺激以诱发AF,并比较AF阈值与持续时间。结果：在刺激方式与强度相同的情况下阻断BB前后AF阈值与持续时间相差无统计学（P＞0．05）。结论：阻断BB对AF诱发率无明显影响,提示在AF启动与维持机制中作用可能不同。

| Abstract: | AIM: To compare with the incidences of induced atrial fibrillation (AF)before and after blocking of Bachmann bundle (BB), and to evaluate the role of BB in initiation and maintaince of AF. METHODS: Ten dogs' BB were blocked by epicardial radiofrequency ablation and the blocking was confirmed by histopathologic examination. Burst stimuli from right and left auricles were given to induce AF. RESULTS: The differences of AF thresholds and AF duration before and after blocking of BB were not statistically significant ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION:Blocking of BB not influence the initiation of AF. |
