| 摘 要： | 慢性萎缩性胃炎多由情志不舒,肝气郁结,肝气横逆犯胃或饮食劳倦损伤脾胃之气所致,以脾胃虚弱为本,气滞、血瘀、湿阻、食滞等为标;临床上可分为脾胃阳虚和脾胃阴虚两型;脾胃阳虚证以温胃健脾为法,药用香仁、厚朴、干姜、川芎、丁香、炙甘草等加减。脾胃阴虚证以养阴益胃为法,方用沙参养胃汤加减。

| Abstract: | The author thought chronic atrophic gastritis was caused by affection disorder,depression of liver-qi,liver-qi transversely invading the stomach or improper diet and overtiredness damaging the qi of the spleen and stomach. The pathogenesis was weakness of the spleen and stomach and qi stagnant,blood stasis,wet blocking and dyspeptic retention was appearance.
