摘    要:应用APC基因下游40Kb处的微卫星多态标记D5S346,检测30例大肠癌组织DNA,在可提供信息的15例杂合子中检出5例5q21_q22的杂合性丢失,占33%。提示APC基因缺失也是中国人大肠癌的遗传改变之一

Abstract:Frequent allelic loss and mutations of the APC gene had been found in the familial and sporadic colorectal carcinomas (CA). A CA repeat polymorphic sequence in D5 S346 locus 40 Kb downstream from the APC gene, which located at chromosome 5q21-q22, was examined in 30 sporadic colorectal carcinomas. Fifteen of the 30 cases (50%) were informative, and 5 of them (33%) showed loss of heterozygosity. These results suggested that the inactivation of the APC gene was involved in the development of colorectal carcinomas in Chinese population.
