| 摘 要： | 近几年,药学界正在讨论医院药学专业今后的走向和发展趋势以及药师职业的命运。提出医院药学的转型和药师职责的转变,其中的核心问题是建立临床药师制。社会要求药师从保障供应型药师转变成参与临床用药、药学保健的知识服务型的临床药师。 |
