| 摘 要： | 目的探讨载脂蛋白(Apo)A5基因变异对非亲属关系的山东汉族冠心病及其脂代谢异常患者的影响。方法采用病例对照研究方法,利用聚合酶联反应—限制性片段长度多态性分析结合全自动测序等实验技术,检测ApoA5 SNP3位点基因多态性以及血脂等指标。结果冠心病组ApoA5 SNP3位点TC基因型较正常组多见,经校正年龄、性别、血浆各脂质水平和其他影响后,差异仍具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。甘油三酯(TG)水平在冠心病组ApoA5 SNP3 TC型组明显高于其他两种基因型。结论ApoA5 SNP3与冠心病的遗传易感性相关;ApoA5 SNP3变异影响TG水平。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the variation of apolipoprotein(Apo) A5 influence un-related Shandong han patients with coronary artery disease(CAD) and lipid disorder.Methods The study was investigated by case-control method.
