| 摘 要： | 本文对我国医院质量管理的现状进行了分析,并提出了现阶段我国医院质量管理存在的问题,特别是提出我国医院的经营管理、人力资源管理、信息管理制约了医院的质量管理,结合自己医院的质量管理情况提出了一些比较成熟的国内外质量管理经验,特别是对引入联合委员会国际部医院评审标准、欧洲质量管理基金会(EFQM)标准模式、Malcolm Baldrige国家质量奖标准模式等先进管理模式应用于我国的质量管理提出了思考。

| Abstract: | This article analyses the present situation of hospital quality management and puts forward the existing problems of hospital quality management in this present stage.Especially brings forward the running management,human source management,information management of hospital in our country which restrict hospital quality management,hence puts forward some relative mature experiences of the domestic and overseas quality management based on our experiemce.The article also presents some timeing on the introduition of quality management models to our hospitals. |
