| 摘 要： | 应用赫氏指数并利用一个城市的时间序列资料来测度医疗服务市场的竞争状态及其变化，结果发现：医疗服务市场中存在一定的竞争，但是11年来市场集中程度不断增加，从而表明竞争在弱化。因而，如何促进医疗服务市场中的有序竞争，仍有待进一步的研究。

| Abstract: | In order to analyze the degree of competition in medical service market,we apply Herfindahl Index to a time-series data of a city.And we fine out that there is some degree of competition in medical service market,but the market concentration level is higher and higher.Therefore we have to re-consider and polish the policy to encourage competition. |
