半导体激光联合异维A酸胶丸治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效观察

目的观察半导体激光联合异维A酸胶丸治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效及对患者血清IL-2、IL-6及IL-10的影响。方法采用双抗体夹心法（ELISA）,检测治疗前、后寻常型痤疮患者及健康人的血清IL-2、IL-6及IL-10水平,并进行比较。结果治疗8周后观察疗效,痊愈率为40.48%,总有效率为88.1%。治疗前IL-2水平明显低于健康者组（P〈0.05）,IL-6、IL-10水平高于健康者组（P〈0.01）;治疗后血清IL-2水平与治疗前比较明显升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗后血清IL-6、IL-10与治疗前比较明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论半导体激光联合异维A酸胶丸治疗寻常型痤疮安全有效,IL-2、IL-6及IL-10水平变化与痤疮的发生有一定关系,其检测将有助于痤疮病情的动态监测及愈后评估。

Observation of the Clinical Effect of Isotretinoin Capsules and Semiconductor Laser on Patients with Acne Vulgaris

Objective To observe the clinical effect of isotretinoin capsules and semiconductor laser on patients with acne vulgaris and influence on serum IL-2、IL-6和IL-10 level.Methods Sandwich ELISA with double antibodies was selected to detect the level of serum IL-2,IL-6 and IL-10 of patients with acne vulgaris and healthy people before and after taking isotretinoin capsules and semiconductor laser and then the results were compared.Results After 8 weeks treatment the cure rate was 40.48%,the total effective rate was 88.1%,the level of serum IL-2 before treatment was obvious lower then healthy controls（P0.05）,the level of serum IL-6,IL-8 before treatment was obvious higher then healthy controls（P0.01）,the level of serum IL-2 was obvious higher then before treatment,with a significant difference（P0.05）,the level of serum IL-6,IL-8 was obvious lower then before treatment,with a significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Isotretinoin capsules and semiconductor laser was safe and effective in treating acne vulgaris.Determination of serum IL-2,IL-6 and IL-10 levels in patients with acne vulgaris would help monitoring the disease process and outcome prediction.
