北京地区医用乳胶手套使用现状调查分析

目的了解北京地区二、三级医院医用乳胶手套使用现状。方法采取便利抽样的方法对北京地区42所二、三级医院乳胶手套使用情况进行问卷调查。结果 42所医院乳胶手套均做到一次性使用。其中,17所医院（40.5%）手术及一般诊疗穿刺、静脉置管等操作全部使用无粉手套;25所医院（59.5%）仍在使用有粉手套,其中,13所医院（52.0%）外科手术和所有诊疗操作均使用有粉手套,12所医院（48.0%）两种手套同时存在,临床自由选择。结论北京地区医用乳胶手套已经做到一次性使用,但有粉手套使用率仍较高。

Investigation and Analysis of the Situation of Using Medical Rubber Gloves in Hospitals in Beijing

Objective To find out the situation of using medical rubber gloves in Grade Ⅱ and GradeⅢ hospitals in Beijing.Methods Taking the convenience sampling method,42 of Grade Ⅱ and Grade Ⅲ hospitals in Beijing were investigated by questionnaire.Results All medical rubber gloves used in the 42 hospitals are disposable.17（42.5%） hospitals use non-lubricant powder gloves when having operations,puncture of diagnosis and treatment,venipuncture,and so on.25（59.5%） hospitals are still using lubricant powder gloves.Among the 25 hospitals,13（52.0%） hospitals use the power ones during all operations,12（48.0%） hospitals having two kinds of gloves in which their doctors choose ones according to their own needs.Conclusion Hospitals in Beijing can ensure the use of disposable medical rubber gloves,but the utilization rate of lubricant powder gloves is still high.
