摘    要:目的探讨高强度聚焦超声肿瘤治疗系统(highintensityfocusedultrasound,HIFU)的安全应用。方法使用HIFUNIT9000超声聚焦治疗仪,治疗患者77例,男40例,女37例;平均年龄53.58;77例中,共计治疗417人次,人均治疗5.42次;观察HIFU治疗期间所出现的明显不良反应。结果77例病人中,有2例治疗后皮肤灼伤;1例因癌性疼痛,不能较长时间水平仰卧,治疗14"层面后终止治疗;l例治疗后诱发急性胰腺炎。1例治疗中出现心率和血压异常,心率≥120次/rain,收缩压≥180mrnHg,暂停治疗。结论HIFU是一种无创性肿瘤治疗方法,治疗时掌握好适应症、禁忌症、注意事项等,对减少不良反应的发生、提高治疗效果、延长生存期有重要帮助。

Abstract:Objective To discuss the security application of high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) in the treatment of tumor. Methods With the use of HIFUNIT9000; the total number of the patients are 77 with male 40 and female 37; the average age is 53.58s 43, among the 77 cases, the total number of treatment is 417, the average number of treatment per person is 5.42; to observe the overt adverse reactions during the HIFU treatment. Results Among the 77 cases, 2 cases appeared skin burn after the treatment; t case ended the treatment after one layer had finished its treatment due to the patient' s cancer pain which caused the patient unable lying on the back for long; 1 case induced acute pancreatitis after the treatment. 1 case occurred abnormal heart rate and blood pressure, heart rate 〉I 120 beats/min, systolic blood pressure(SBP) 〉I 180mmHg, stop the treatment. Conclusion HIFU is a non-invasive approach to tumor treatment, to well understand the indications, contradictions and matters needing attention, etc. will help to reduce the adverse reactions, improve the treatment and prolong the survival.
